Maybe that's not what I'm understanding. At the end of Infinite the Booker Dewitt that accepted the baptism and became Comstock was stopped at the end of Infinite. Comstock shouldn't even be in existence, at all. I don't see how Comstock would even be able to kidnap Anna if he was not reborn. Which is how I read Infinite's ending.
